My coaching approach involves a conversational style and uses exercises that stem from my 20 years of experience combining NLP study with my personal techniques and models. The main goal of my coaching is to help you achieve rapid breakthroughs by targeting necessary belief changes. During our sessions, we’ll concentrate on your future, where you can create and practice embodying the best version of yourself that you’ve always desired.

Unlike traditional psychotherapy from the 20th century, where healers were trained to endlessly chase the speculative whys your identity turned out the way it did, I have been trained to become your personal neuro-transformational coach – your guide on the side; I will be helping you find your key to to help you unlock your full potential, (a key you once dropped in your unlit garage somewhere, and I’m going to help you recover your missing resource.)

There are many paths that lead to feeling good. Ultimately, I want to help you rediscover your strategies and your best paths to feeling good. One of the most powerful versions of feeling good that I have discovered in life is pride (of personal accomplishments.) Pride has a strong long-term reverberation-potential throughout your life.

Our work together will shift you towards:

  • Discovering which values/goals/accomplishments bring you maximum pride in life, and
  • Achieving high-quality accomplishments with more velocity, leading to even more pride-reverberation.
